“Now is the time for all good men to fight for their rights before they have no rights left. Contact Roy to help battle the infringement of Men’s Rights by the feminists and their allies.”

I give up. On Everything. Men are still treated far better in just about every aspect of society when it comes to this sort of thing: better pay, lack of judgment over sexual activity, not treated like fragile little flowers on a regular basis, etc etc etc. And does this idiot fail to realize that Ladies' Night at nightclubs is solely for the purpose of giving women cheap drinks, getting them wasted, all in order to help guys get laid much more easily? Really? It's not as if every other class isn't solely focused on Men's Studies (hello, every history class ever?) but OH MY GOD THE MENFOLK THEY ARE THREATENED BY CLASSES GEARED TOWARDS WOMIN HELP HELP HELP THEY'RE BEING REPRESSED.

The stupid, it burns. I feel dirty and unclean because of it.

OH GOD. OH GOD. I HAVE TO ACTUALLY GROW UP AND TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR MYSELF AND MY OWN ACTIONS. AND WHAT IS THIS, HAVING TO DEAL WITH THE CONSEQUENCES NONSENSE? WHAT?! THE CHANGE, THE CHANGE! IT'S TOO MUCH. QUICK, GET ME A PAPER BAG. I’M HYPERVENTILATING. I CAN’T DEAL WITH THIS, CALL MY THERAPIST PLEASE, THIS IS AFFECTING MY MOMMY ISSUES, I NEED TO BE MEDICATED NOW! /NOW/. WHAT AM I GOING TO DO?! THIS IS A BIG. FREAKING. DEAL. I CAN’T EVEN FIND A QUOTE TO MATCH HOW TRAUMATIZING THIS SCENARIO IS. OH GOD. WHAT AM I GOING TO DO?! I CAN'T HANDLE THIS. OH GOD WHY?!

Sometimes, I think that no matter how much work I do, I’ll always be a bad person worthy of the freezer.

Isn't there a word for sticking something in a woman's vagina against her free and uncoerced will?

... oh wait.

For those of you who can't be bothered to read, the state of Oklahoma is passing a law that says a woman can not get an abortion without a vaginal ultrasound, whether she consents to that bit or not. If they don't go along with it, they're not allowed to have the pregnancy terminated. The doctor is then required to show the woman the ultrasound and only after that is she allowed to make her decision. There are no exceptions to victims of rape or incest. And apparently, apparently, women are supposed to 'get over it' because it's 'not a big deal'. And, of course, it wouldn't be traumatizing to victims of rape whatsoever, now would it? Nor does it involve the government intervening in doctor/patient privilege at all. Nope.

They plan on trying to pass this law in more states, so while the rest of the world is moving forward, America continues to move more and more backwards. Bravo, America. Bravo.

I'm supposed to talk to my parents soon. I told them I would, for some crazy reason, but I'd rather not. I left for more than one reason and not seeing them was among those. I'm a masochist, it seems.

The next unwashed, unkempt cretin that insists I take his number and 'call him for a fantastic weekend' is leaving with a broken nose.

I honestly can't believe the lack of caring people seem to have towards elections, particularly presidential ones. They say it doesn't matter who wins, that they don't care, and that it's not a big deal. They'd rather focus on their own personal and petty issues and wants that satisfy them at the moment. Let's not look at the big picture, oh no. Let's not take into consideration for five minutes that this election is going to effect the outcome of the rest of your life.

The person who goes into office next is going to change the way America is run, for better or for worse, though, either way, they'll have a job to do, compared to Bush -- but let's face it. A lot of his problems were a result of the Clinton administration, but I digress. They're going to be the ones shaping everything and influencing the majority of aspects in our lives. From taxes to abortion to gay marriage to education, it's all coming down to the next few months.

No, people can't be bothered to take a few minutes out of their day to register to vote. Actually voting takes ten minutes at the most. That's just too much effort for some people, it seems. There's a difference between having a legitimate reason in not voting and not voting because you don't care. If you making the conscious effort not to vote and you lack a proper reason not to do it, you've given up any right you have to complain about the government at all. Not that I'd expect most of those people to even know what's going on within politics, since I'm sure if I confronted them on the issues, they'd have no idea what I was talking about, and would go on about, what? How they don't care.

How pathetic.
